At Sokari Weddings, we believe exceptional events are built through thoughtful design, seamless collaboration and strong professional relationships.

Our Stylist Club is designed to recognize wedding planners and event professionals who share our commitment to exceptional client experiences, professionalism and excellence in event execution.

Through this program, qualifying partners enjoy exclusive rental benefits, including 10% off eligible rentals.

Membership is earned through established working relationships and is subject to our qualification requirements.

JOIN THE CLUB

Registered Professional

We welcome wedding planners, event designers and other established event professionals to register their interest in the Stylist Club.

Registration provides an opportunity to begin building a relationship with Sokari Weddings but does not automatically grant preferred-partner pricing.

Newly registered professionals are eligible to book our collection at standard rental rates while working toward Preferred Partner status.

All applications are subject to business verification and approval.

EARN YOUR PREFERRED STATUS

Two ways to qualify

We recognize that every professional relationship is different. Whether you collaborate with us regularly or bring a significant project, there are two pathways to preferred membership.

PATH 01 — ESTABLISHED PARTNER

Complete a minimum of two bookings with a combined eligible rental value of $3,000 within a rolling 12-month period.

 

PATH 02 — HIGH-VALUE PARTNER

Complete a single booking with an eligible rental value of $5,000 or more.

 

Both pathways are subject to our professional partnership standards.

Qualifying bookings must be completed, fully paid and free of unresolved material issues attributable to the applicant.

Once qualification is confirmed, the preferred-partner discount becomes available on future eligible bookings.

Discounts are not applied retroactively to bookings used to qualify.

 

OUR PARTNERSHIP STANDARDS

Beyond booking volume, we value the quality of our professional relationships.

Preferred Partners are expected to demonstrate:

• Professional and respectful communication with our team.

• Accurate and timely communication of event details and logistical requirements.

• Adherence to agreed rental, delivery, setup and collection arrangements within their control.

• Timely fulfilment of their contractual and payment obligations.

• Respect for our rental inventory and handling requirements.

• Constructive communication and cooperation when resolving event-related concerns.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise during events. Issues are assessed fairly, taking into consideration each party's contractual responsibilities.

A client's actions will not automatically be attributed to their planner.

Meeting the financial qualification threshold does not automatically guarantee membership. Applicants must also satisfy our professional partnership standards.

YOUR PREFERRED PARTNER BENEFITS

Enjoy 10% off eligible rentals

​

Once approved, Preferred Partners receive a 10% discount on eligible rental products from the Sokari Weddings collection.

This benefit may be applied to qualifying future bookings where the member is the referring or managing event professional.

What's included

​

Eligible rental products from our collection, subject to availability and any item-specific exclusions communicated at quotation.

 

What's excluded

​

The discount does not apply to delivery and collection fees, transportation, setup and teardown labour, custom products, custom floral design work, damage protection, damage or replacement charges, taxes, third-party services or other applicable service fees.

The discount cannot be combined with other promotions, negotiated pricing or additional discounts.

Preferred pricing is applied to the relevant booking invoice and is not redeemable for cash or commission.

All bookings remain subject to our standard rental terms and conditions.

REFERRALS & BOOKING ELIGIBILITY

To access Stylist Club benefits, the Preferred Partner must be identified as the referring or managing professional before the booking agreement is finalized.

Membership is specific to the approved business and is non-transferable.

Preferred Partner status does not guarantee inventory availability, exclusive access to products or priority over existing confirmed reservations.

MEMBERSHIP & RENEWAL

Preferred Partner membership is valid for 12 months from the date of approval.

Membership is reviewed annually, taking into consideration qualifying booking activity, the ongoing business relationship and adherence to our partnership standards.

Renewal is not automatic. Partners who no longer meet the requirements may be returned to Registered Professional status and may qualify again in the future.

Where concerns arise, we will assess the circumstances and provide an opportunity for clarification or resolution where appropriate.

Sokari Weddings reserves the right to decline, suspend or discontinue membership where program requirements are not met or a material breach of the applicable terms remains unresolved.

Any membership changes will be communicated in writing. Changes to program eligibility will not alter discounts already agreed upon in confirmed booking contracts.

Program terms may be updated prospectively with notice to affected members.

Stylist Club membership recognizes an established commercial relationship with Sokari Weddings.

Membership does not constitute an endorsement, exclusive partnership or authorization to represent Sokari Weddings without prior written approval.
