Rental Process

At Sokari Weddings and Events, we’ve designed our rental process to be smooth, transparent, and stress-free — so you can focus on celebrating beautifully. Here’s what you can expect when renting with us:

1. Browse & Inquire

Start by exploring our curated collection of stylish rentals online at www.sokariweddings.com. Once you’ve found the pieces you love, add to cart and checkout as normal or email us directly with your wishlist, event date, and location.

2. Proposal & Availability Check

We’ll review your request, confirm availability, and send you a customized rental proposal. This includes itemized pricing, delivery options, and important rental terms.

3. Secure Your Booking

To reserve your items:

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and inventory.

• The balance is due 14 days before your event.

• A damage deposit may be added.

No items are held without a signed agreement and payment.

4. Confirm Final Details

You have 96 hours before the event to finalize quantities, confirm event timing, and review logistics like venue access and contact information.

5. Delivery & Set-Up

Our team will:

• Deliver and/or set up items on the agreed date and time.

• Ensure all items are clean, styled, and ready for use.

• Pickup or teardown will follow after your event as scheduled.

Self-pickup may be available for smaller items—please ask!

6. Return & Inspection

After your event, all items are inspected. If there are missing or damaged items, we’ll notify you within 5 business days. Any deductions will be invoiced separately and is due immediately.

7. Feedback & Future Bookings

We love to hear how your event went! Reviews and photos are always welcome. Returning clients receive priority booking and occasional special offers.
