Delivery & Pickup Scheduling Update

To ensure a seamless experience and maintain the quality of our service, we are operating with a temporary adjustment to our delivery and pickup schedule.

Important Dates

February 13 – March 13, 2026
During this period, we are unable to accommodate any deliveries or pickups. Orders cannot be scheduled within these dates.

March 14 – May 18, 2026
For events during this timeframe, we are offering pickup-only rentals. Delivery services will be temporarily paused.

What This Means for Clients

  • All pickup-only orders must be collected and returned at scheduled times confirmed in advance.

  • Delivery services will resume after May 18, 2026.

  • Clients with existing bookings will be contacted directly to confirm logistics.

If your event date falls outside of these dates, our standard delivery and pickup options apply.
